By accessing and using the AI Doc Scanner mobile application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Application Description

The AI Doc Scanner is a mobile application designed to scan documents using your device's camera and convert them into various formats, including PDF and Docs. The Application offers premium features such as image-to-text conversion, language translation, document summarization, and question & answer generation using the OpenAI API.

3. User Data

a. Document Scanning: We do not store any scanned document data on our servers. The scanned documents are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

b. User Information: In order to access certain features of the Application, you may be required to provide personal information during the registration process. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. User Content

a. Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you scan and create using the Application. We do not claim any ownership rights over the scanned documents or any user-generated content.

b. Usage Restrictions: You are solely responsible for the content you scan and create using the Application. You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose. You must ensure that your use of the Application complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Premium Features

Certain features of the Application, such as image-to-text conversion, language translation, and AI-powered summaries, may require a premium subscription. The terms and pricing for these premium features are outlined separately in the Application's Premium Subscription Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

a. Use at Your Own Risk: The Application is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the scanned content, translations, summaries, or other features.

b. No Liability for Data Loss: We are not responsible for any loss of data or damage to your device resulting from your use of the Application.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the Application after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat.
